If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails, or other marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the relevant communication.

To opt out of text messages, you may text “STOP” in reply to any Urban Plates marketing text message.

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your account or purchases placed through the Site or App.

If you have created an Urban Plates account or registered for the Plate Pass loyalty program, you may review, amend, and/or delete certain personal information that we have collected about you by logging into your account.
