Wild Line Caught Ahi Nicoise
the urban plates twist on the classic french nicoise salad. artisan lettuce blend tossed with blanched green beans, organic hard cooked egg, organic diced tomatoes, steamed potatoes, briny capers, chopped olives, house-made mustard-champagne vinaigrette finished with grilled rare wild caught ahi tuna.
Green Lentil Soup
green lentils gently simmered with organic carrots, red bell pepper, onion, minced garlic and celery in house-made kombu dashi flavored with dried shitake mushrooms, tamari and white miso. seasoned with fresh thyme, oregano, bay leaf and black pepper, then garnished with fresh chopped parsley.
Gluten Free Pineapple Cake
individual pineapple cake layers made with hand chopped pineapple, flax seeds, yogurt, gluten free flour, turmeric, vanilla and fresh orange zest. finished with pineapple coconut milk diplomat cream and garnished with raw goji berries and edible flower.
Green Sencha Antioxidant Limeade
organic lime juice blended with green sencha tea, hemp seeds and ground turmeric. lightly sweetened with organic sugar and stevia.
