plate pass overview:
plate pass is a membership subscription available on the urban plates app or website. it saves members 20% on all food or drink purchases made at our restaurants, on our website, or our app for dine-in and takeout for the duration of the monthly membership. plate pass is for dine-in and takeout orders only and is not valid for delivery orders. plate pass memberships are valid for a month from the date of purchase and automatically renew unless canceled.

how plate pass works:
the plate pass price for entrees will be applied to the member’s order when they checkout. the prices you see at the restaurant, on the website, or in the app while you shop will be the regular menu price, but will be adjusted down by 20% checkout. the plate pass discount will automatically be applied if you have a membership. the key things to remember when using plate pass are:

• main menu food & beverage purchases are included: the 20% savings applies to all main menu food and beverage offerings (including alcoholic beverages). main menu is defined as items available to guests that are not catering items, gift cards, or non-food merchandise.  add ons such as extra proteins, extra sides, desserts, and beverages are eligible for the plate pass savings.  family meals are eligible for the plate pass savings. limited-time holiday specials (for example the turkey plate for thanksgiving) are not eligible for the plate pass savings.
• only valid on purchases at the restaurant (cash register), on the Urban Plates website or the Urban Plates app. delivery orders are excluded from the program.
• gift card purchases are not eligible for the plate pass savings.
• a plate pass membership must be purchased online on the urban plates website or the urban plates app
