You open the door, peruse the menus overhead and step into the line. At each station, chefs wait to serve up your plated meal, salad, sandwich or bowl just as you like it. Get your plate, choose any additional items you may like, from made-from-scratch desserts to California wines, pay at the register and take a seat anywhere you like, indoors or out, in our comfortable dining rooms.
Yes. Everything we serve is made from scratch by our chefs from quality ingredients throughout the day. Our bread comes in from a local bakery we’ve partnered with daily, our craft beers and wines are made by the brewers and vintners who specialize in their craft, but otherwise everything you’ll taste here is made in-house. Meals. Sides. Desserts. Everything.
Our headquarters are in San Diego, CA and we have restaurant locations throughout the San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles areas, with additional locations in Northern California. Soon, we’ll be on the East Coast as well, starting with Washington D.C. in summer 2018 and expanding from there. If we’re not in your neighborhood yet, keep an eye out and there’s a good chance we will be soon.
